At Peltzer Winery, we’re farmers at heart and wine lovers by choice. For decades we’ve planted vineyards, nurtured grapes, and poured wine for friends, families and fans alike. Our 25-acre homestead in Temecula Valley is a place of sun, soil and serious fun.
Now, we’re turning that legacy on its ear—introducing Peltzer Seltzer. We kept what matters — premium grapes, expert fermentation, handcrafted attention — and we added something new: lively carbonation, crisp refreshment, and easy-going style. Whether you’re lounging on a farm patio, beach blanket in hand, or just unwinding after a long week, Peltzer Seltzer is built for those moments.
Our process
- Hand-selecting grape varietals known for flavour and character.
- Fermenting with care in our winery tradition.
- Lightly bottling (or in this case, canning) with bubbles that hit just right.

Why we did it
